About the Recipe
1 package Ore-Ida frozen shredded Hash brown potatoes (partly thawed)
1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 container Knudsen Sour Cream
Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 stick Danish Creamery Butter
1 bunch green onion (sliced)
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
1 TBL Chopped garlic
Sea Salt Grinder
Garlic Pepper Grinder
Optional: Add jalapeno cream cheese in place of plain cream cheese and crumbled bacon, if desired
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2: Melt 1 stick butter in pan (I use Danish Creamery). Add 1 whole bunch green onions and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic.
Step 3: When softened, add 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 pkg Cream Cheese (Philadelphia), 1 container Sour Cream (Knudsen), stirring constantly.
Step 4: Add Sea Salt and Garlic Pepper (Grinders), Garlic Powder, and Celery Salt. Stir until mixed well.
Step 5: Add 1 pkg Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (Ore-ida) and shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Tillamook). Mix well.
Step 6: Add to 9x13 baking dish. Cover with shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Tillamook), and lightly sprinkle paprika over top.
Step 7: Bake for 25 min or until visibly melted/cooked through.
